Chowderfest is a unique, all-ages waterfront event showcasing local Gig Harbor restaurants. Come out and explore the waterfront, visiting participating businesses to sample culinary creations. From classic New England clam chowder, to corn chowders, to chowder-less wood fired clams, Chowderfest is truly a culinary celebration. Take time to enjoy a well-deserved break and bask in the beauty of the waterfront or stop by participating tasting rooms and wine bars to indulge in a refreshment and relax between chowder samples.
Check in at the Gig Harbor Visitor’s Center from 10am – 3pm

Your $30 ticket includes: Tasting tickets to enjoy chowder samples from 10 participating restaurant locations, acccess to drink specials and promotions at more than 12 additional tasting rooms, wine bars and retail shops, a Collect-as-you-go Trivia Card Deck: each participating location will hand out a unique Trivia Card. Collect them all to complete your deck so you can share the facts you didn't know you need to know about Gig Harbor's History, commercial fishing, marine life, local restaurants and of course, some punny clam jokes.
