The Annual Tides Tavern Classic Boat Show returns to Gig Harbor this weekend, May 16–17!
Don’t miss this celebration of Gig Harbor’s rich maritime heritage and the timeless boating traditions of Puget Sound as a stunning lineup of historic vessels arrives on the waterfront. Featured boats include the legendary Virginia V (1922), the last operational Mosquito Fleet steamer; the Veteran (1926), a historic Skansie-built purse seiner; and the Porpoise, a handcrafted replica of the captain’s gig that first discovered Gig Harbor in 1841, along with other classic vessels.
The Virginia V will be available for viewing both days from 11am–4pm only.
